Customized aluminum continuous casting line coiler mandrel.This mandrel is economical and practical. The mandrel has high strength,large tension and suitable for high temperature environment, has good working performance, also with gripper. Such structure has been well applied in actual production, and is often used in casting rolling mill, especially for aluminum slab continuous casting rolling mill.

Main components includes: outboard support(OBBS),main shaft, segments, fixed segment, gripper plate, wedges, pull rod, hydraulic cylinder and rotary joint unit. The outboard support work with special removable support on site, to increase the stability at work, reduce run-out of mandrel. The hydraulic cylinder and rotary joint unit will driven pull rod and wedges axial move, segments will have radial movement, this makes mandrel has expanded and collapsed.
