GENERAL INTRODUCTION OF MANDREL & SPARE PARTS

Mandrel shaft is the important component of Tension reel(recoiler) and Payoff reel(uncoiler). Mandrel shaft, Tension reel, Payoff reel, these are our core business.

The pay-off reel and tension reel use to line production for steel, and other non-ferrous metals( aluminum, and copper alloy mostly), such as hot hot rolling mill, cold rolling mill, continuous pickling line, continuous galvanizing line, annealing line, slitting line, cut to length line,color coating line, etc. The Pay-off reel or Tension reel consist of mandrel,gearbox,base frame,motor and coupling,brake,traversing and centering mechanism,hydraulic and lubrication mechanism.

Mandrels has various structures according to different applications. Generally,one assembly mandrel components include: main shaft(arbor), segments, spreader(sleeve),wedges,pull rod, outboard bearing support, hydraulic cylinder and rotary joint unit; we not only manufacture assembly mandrels, but also manufacture mandrel’s spare parts.
